ILM 3 – Assembly

Step 1

Mounting the Arms and Landing Gear

  • Use the provided 3/16 Ball Driver to secure arm mount screws (2 per arm)

  • Use the provided 3/32 Ball Driver to secure the landing gear tube to the landing gear mount

Step 2

Arm Terminals

  • Securely connect the arm terminals to the frame side terminals

  • Ensure that the red safety clip is inserted

Step 3

Main Battery

  • Secure the main battery into the battery tray using the attached Velcro straps

Step 4

Aircraft C2 Antenna

  • Check C2 antennas

  • Check that each antenna is securely fastened

Step 5

Motors

  • Ensure that the motors spin freely by hand

  • Check each lower motor mount screw for blue torque indicator (torque indicator should be intact with no cracking)

Step 6

Propeller Direction

  • Clockwise propellers will have the one-tab pointing to the right

  • Counterclockwise propellers will have the one-tab pointing to the left

Step 7

Frame

  • Check the integrity of torque indicator for any fastener on the drone on which indicator came installed

Step 8

Payload

  • Customer specific

  • Ensure that your payload (if applicable) is safe for flight
