Seamless ArduPilot Integration

• Automatic Deployment: ArduPilot flight controllers can trigger an emergency deployment if they detect a flight anomaly (like an extreme attitude angle or rapid descent). Propellers shut down immediately, and a PWM signal triggers PARASAFE® to deploy a parachute.
• Manual Deployment: Operators can also assign the parachute activation to a switch on their transmitter or ground control station. In urgent situations, this manual override ensures the drone lands safely—even if the operator suspects an issue before the software does.

Successful Live Demonstrations

Nippon Kayaku showcased PARASAFE® during the ArduPilot Developers Conference 2024 in Kaga City, Japan. The system performed flawlessly, deploying a parachute on a CubePilot-equipped ASW ILM Quadcopter. This not only confirmed PARASAFE®’s reliability but also underscored how well it integrates into our existing drone ecosystem.
